Speak Empowered was founded by Nathan R. Mitchell, Founder of Lead Empowered LLC and creator and host of Lead Empowered TV.

Since launching Lead Empowered TV in December 2025, Nathan has experienced firsthand what can happen when a meaningful message is paired with intentional media strategy.

In less than a year, Lead Empowered TV has grown to more than 25,000 YouTube subscribers while averaging more than 6,100 monthly viewers on e360TV.

That experience helped inspire Speak Empowered: a representation company designed to help other credible voices gain access to conversations, audiences, and opportunities that can expand their influence.
